BiographyBarbara Schwinn-Jordan (1907-unknown) was born in New Jersey, attended the Parsons School of Design, and studied at the Grand Cetnral Art School, Art Students League, Columbia, and the National Academy of Design. She also traveled to Paris to study at the Academie Julian.

During the 1940s and 1950s her illusrtations, mostly of women, were found in Ladies Home Journal, Saturday Evening Post, Collier's, Vogue, and McCall's. In the 1960s, she turned to portraiture and floral studies.
