DescriptionContains 22 drawings. The drawings in the sketchbook were done entirely in Bangkok, (February 1987 - March 1987), largely in the district of Banglamphu. At the time this area of the city had a rustic edge, compared to the more polished areas of Bangkok. Occasionally, cattle could still be in some streets and traditional wooden Thai houses were still common. These subjects were of great interest to Miller; the soon-to-vanish being intrinsically more valuable then the newly built or modern.On View
