One of the biggest problems is it takes 66 2/3 percent of the ballot to pass a school bond. The public has been taxed the the Federal and State Government and won't stand for another local tax...even for education. Our greatest asset is our youth, they must get a basic education. Our problem is there are two kinds of people, those who are interested in education and those who aren't. Tri-Valley Area, Northern California

What can you say that is different from other painters, what colors or details come to your eyes, what can you see that is different.
