    DescriptionIn the late 1960s, photojournalist Danny Lyon turned his camera to the redevelopment of Lower Manhattan, where the construction of the World Trade Center, among other projects, cleared away much of the area's 19th-century building stock. These two images contrast divergent images of the city: the interior of the workmen’s headquarters and outside, the sweeping and ever-changing skyline.
